As you trudge through the underbrush, you come across a knight in black armor brandishing his sword. A young maiden sits weeping on the ground. She says he killed her husband by treachery. The black knight in turn says he will kill her for accusing him of such a thing. You listen to them both with your hand resting on the hilt of your sword, when you suddenly recognize the black knight. He was the very knight who slew your closest brother.
